Designers will consider the characteristics of special-shaped springs, but ignore the special-shaped sliding stroke of the core, but this often has defects:

First of all, because the pressure core is a complex type, casting is used to machine the guide surface after casting, resulting in gap errors after the machined surface and the concave guide surface slide. During the normal operation of the mold, the pressure core swings from side to side.

2. The guide length of the pressure core is designed to be 125 mm, and the actual guide length is 100 mm. Although there is a 110 mm lifting part within the design range, the movement exceeds the effective guide length of 9 mm, and the lifting of the pressure core is unstable. The disadvantage of inaccurate part positioning.

Third, the forming height of the special-shaped spring is up to 100mm, which requires the design of a special guide slide, which cannot be guided by the gap between the working surface and the side wall of the cavity. The friction force generated by the slope is improved, the self-lubricating effect is very poor, and the strong lateral force cannot be effectively eliminated. After mass production, due to long-term wear and tear, the leading gap will increase, and the normal guiding effect of the mold will be lost early, resulting in a vicious quality accident.
