High temperature spring, is the application of a unique material, to adapt to the high temperature environment of the spring.
High temperature stainless steel spring, high temperature compression spring, high temperature tension spring, high temperature torsion spring, high temperature mold spring, high temperature disc spring, etc.
High temperature spring material is usually CrV, CrSi, Inconel superalloy material recommended high application temperature of 300℃~950℃, according to the application of the selection of appropriate materials.
1. T631J1/T631 for heat-resistant spring and spring with high tensile strength after heat treatment.
2, 630 stainless steel is precipitation, quenching water, martensite stainless steel, and this grade has high strength, hardness and corrosion resistance properties. After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the product are more perfect, which can reach up to 1100-1300mpa (160-190 ksi) compressive strength. This grade cannot be used above 300℃ (570F) or at very low temperature. It has good corrosion resistance to atmosphere and dilute acid or salt. Its corrosion resistance is the same as that of 304 and 430.
3, high temperature spring 400~650° material selection GH4169, GH4145, Monel K500, Inconel 718, Inconel X750, etc.
